Case Study - Surrey

 

This property was advertised as a house requiring renovation, and many people viewed it and didn't make an offer. Our Land Finder saw the potential for the property to be demolished and replaced with 4 mews houses. Planning permission was sought/gained, and our Land Finder received over £40,000 in fees for finding the property.

Case Study - Chelmsford 

 

This detached property was for sale and our Land Finder noticed that, when combined with the adjacent detached property, a site for 10 apartments would be possible. Both properties were bought and our Land Finder received over £60,000 in fees.
