2. Join us as a Licensee.
This business opportunity is for people wishing to become involved in Land Development on a full-time basis, and as such, is a more significant business commitment/opportunity. At this level, you will be seeking larger projects for us to invest in. You have the choice to receive £10,000 as a cash payment for each deal you bring us, or alternatively, to receive a 25% profit share on completion of the project. Co-investment is also a possibility, if you wish to increase your profit share from the deal. You will need a background in property or sales.
