Special licensee package launched for property professionals to join TSW

Taylor Skelton Walters PLC (TSW), www.profitinland.co.uk, today launched a new version of its land development licensee offering, aimed specifically at property professionals. Launch of Profitinland's new web portal

The portal is aimed at providing consumers and property professionals with the resources to trade properties with incremental profit potential. Credit crunch having positive effect on land development prospects

However, the credit crunch and house price stability has brought a sense of realism into the market, and in addition, HIP's has removed speculative sellers. Good start for TSW purchasing in 2008

Jan 2008 - The company behind Profitinland's land/property investments (TSW plc), is set to make over £2.4m of purchases in Feb 2008 alone. This will secure sites where 14 additional homes are to be provided across Surrey and Berkshire by improving the planning permission on the existing properties. TSW plc is also aiming to finance and build these new homes, making an exciting move into the construction phase in addition to its usual area of expertise in the planning permission phase only.
