Joining TSW as one of our Licensee partners, firstly allows you to undertake our training, which focuses on Land Development and our internal Business Case processes. This training is essential to ensure we are synchronised in terms of our joint knowledge and communication requirements. Once trained, your are encouraged to find outright purchases and Option agreements for us to purchase and, thereafter, for us to undertake the required planning processes. You have the choice to receive £10,000 as a cash payment for each deal you bring us, or alternatively, to receive a 25% profit share on completion of the project. Co-investment is also a possibility, if you wish to increase your profit share from the deal. This is a strong win-win situation.
