The TSW Personal Development Programme is the foundation to your success. Designed and written in conjunction with our renowned Planning Consultant partners, this is a bespoke programme to fast-track licensees to becoming TSW land buyers. Once internally accredited, licensees will be capable of readily identifying planning gain opportunities in their area, and rapidly moving to effective commercial assessment. We have developed bespoke scoring systems and business case formats for our land opportunities, in conjunction with our Investor and Banking partners, allowing licensees to determine the full potential for a site and thereafter moving quickly to the commercials and a TSW buying decision. This is a genuine and professional personal development opportunity, arming the licensee with a desirable skill-set in the core of the property market.
Here is a brief synopsis of the personal development programme: -
- Fully understanding the planning regime in your local area, and how this translates to opportunity.
- Developing your local network of key individuals and professionals.
- Detailed insights into every method of identifying local land opportunities, for you to build a pipeline of land prospects.
- Prioritisation of opportunities and defining the REAL potential of each, taking full account of local dynamics.
- Opportunity scoring and commercial assessment.
The programme is underpinned by continuous assessment and workshops where you meet our land consultants face-to-face. Internal accreditation is achieved with TSW by undertaking the course within 4 months maximum, and during this period, submitting a full commercial assessment to the required standards.
When you complete the training, you will have been fast-tracked into understanding the key dynamics of Land Development; a truly valuable skill. You will be capable of completing full Business Plans for Development Sites, taking account of purchase, planning, build and selling the final homes. You are then armed to find such viable opportunities, and propose them to us and others for investment and the resulting Profit Shares and/or Finders Fees.
